Adamo Construction Design began as a one-woman operation fueled by a passion for precision, innovation, and hands-on expertise. With over 30 years of experience in both design and construction, founder Tonya Rineer has worn every hat—from designing dream homes to physically building them with her own two hands.

Her background isn’t just in aesthetics—it’s in understanding the language of builders, the needs of homeowners, and the challenges of bringing a vision to life. With a unique blend of technical construction knowledge and life coaching experience, she and her team excel at solving problems, managing expectations, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free process for both clients and trades alike.

Founder | Lead Designer

Tonya Rineer

With 30+ years of experience in construction and design, Tonya Rineer is more than a designer—she’s a builder, problem-solver, and strategist. She doesn’t just create beautiful spaces; she crafts functional, well-planned homes that work in the real world.

Starting as a builders apprentice at 15 years old, swinging hammers and learning homebuilding firsthand, she gained a deep understanding of how homes come together—structurally, aesthetically, and practically.

Beyond design, Tonya’s background as a professional life coach and published author on mindset gives her a unique ability to keep projects running smoothly, even in high-stakes situations. Whether helping couples align on a vision or working with trades to troubleshoot on-site, she balances vision, logistics, and execution.

Her philosophy? Thoughtful planning, strong collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail—so that every project moves forward with confidence.

CAD Specialist

Carrie Vernier

Joining Adamo Construction Design in 2023, Carrie brings exceptional skill in CAD and 3D modeling. Inspired by her builder uncle, she grew up poring over blueprints and developed a passion for architectural detail.

As the creative force behind our technical drawings, she translates ideas into highly detailed plans that builders and trades can follow effortlessly. With a keen eye for structure and function, Carrie ensures that every design is well-executed from concept to completion.

Her ability to bridge design and construction through precise, easy-to-follow documentation makes her an essential part of the team—turning inspiration into reality with clear, buildable solutions.
